After-Sales Service Policy

1. Product Craftsmanship & Care

Our jewellery is created using a combination of skilled Thai craftsmanship and modern technology. As each piece is semi-handcrafted, slight variations or minor imperfections may naturally occur and are considered part of the character and uniqueness of the piece.

2. Service Fees

If after-sales service is required, we are pleased to offer care and repair services at the following rates:

  • Re-plating: 300 THB
  • Repair: 100 THB

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for both domestic and international services.

3. Service Coverage

This service applies to issues related to craftsmanship or normal wear and tear. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or external factors, including but not limited to scratches, impacts, or exposure to chemicals.

4. How to Request Service

To request after-sales service, please contact our customer support team via LINE, WhatsApp, or email, together with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. Our team will then guide you through the next steps.

5. Customs Duties & Fees

For international services, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Bulan Gemstones shall not be held responsible for these charges.

6. Delivery Delays

In some cases, deliveries may be delayed due to shipping conditions, special events, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order exceeds the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.

8. Lost or Damaged Items During Shipping

We take great care in packaging every order to minimise the risk of damage. If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please notify our customer service team within 7 business days of receipt.
