We offer both domestic and international shipping services. All shipments are handled by EMS Thailand Post, a trusted and reliable courier service.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Domestic Shipping: Domestic deliveries typically take 3–5 business days.
  • International Shipping: International deliveries usually take 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs clearance.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Domestic Shipping: Free shipping is available for all domestic orders.
  • International Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the item and the destination country. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via LINE or email. This tracking number can be used to monitor your shipment on the courier service’s website.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. Bulan Gemstones shall not be held liable for these additional charges.

6. Delivery Delays

In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to logistical issues, special events, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

7. Changing the Shipping Address

If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible via LINE, Whatsapp or email. Please note that changes may not be possible once the parcel has already been dispatched.

8. Lost or Damaged Items During Shipping

Bulan Gemstones takes great care in packaging all products to minimise the risk of damage. If your item arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of receiving the parcel
